Randy Baltimore Wins St. Philip's North By-Election for Labour Party
Randy Baltimore of the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party has won the St. Philip's North by-election, defeating UPP candidate Alex Browne 924 votes to 407. The contest was called following the retirement of long-serving MP Sir Robin Yearwood.
