Cricket West Indies has confirmed that all players and members of the Team Management Unit (TMU) who represented the West Indies Men's squad at the ICC Men's T20 World Cup in India have returned home safely, as of Saturday, 14 March 2026.

According to Antigua News Room, the returns followed a series of challenges involving the cancellation of chartered flights that had been coordinated by the International Cricket Council (ICC). Commercial travel was subsequently arranged for the squad members earlier in the week, with the final group of players and support staff completing their journeys over the past several days.

Cricket West Indies expressed its sincere appreciation to the ICC, regional cricket boards, and other stakeholders who assisted in facilitating the team's return. The organisation also thanked West Indies fans and the broader cricketing community for their concern and well-wishes during the period of uncertainty.

"The well-being and safety of our players and staff remain paramount, and we are grateful that the matter has now been brought to a safe and satisfactory conclusion," Cricket West Indies stated.
