The Antigua and Barbuda National Olympic Committee (ABNOC) has announced an 18-athlete roster to compete at the XXV Central American and Caribbean Games, set to take place in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, from 24 July to 8 August 2026. According to Antigua News Room, the team will compete across six sports at what marks the centennial edition of the regional games.

The 2026 Games commemorate 100 years of Central American and Caribbean competition (1926–2026) and are expected to draw more than 6,000 athletes from approximately 40 countries. Antigua and Barbuda will field a full team despite a scheduling overlap with the 2026 Commonwealth Games — a logistical challenge for the ABNOC secretariat, which will need to manage multiple sets of protocols and administrative requirements across both events. Notably, the athletics contingent will compete first at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow before traveling to Santo Domingo.

The athletics team, coached by Kesswin Anthony, includes sprinter Cejhae Greene (100m), Dwayne Fleming (100m, 200m), Christopher Johnson (Shot Put), and Geolyna Dowdye (100m, 200m).

In the pool, swimming coach Nelson Molina Fojo will lead Alandra Dublin (50m free, 50m fly, 100m fly), Ellie Shaw (50m breast, 100m breast, 200m IM), Tivon Benjamin (50m fly, 100m free, 100m fly), and Stefano Mitchell (50m free, 50m fly, 100m free).

The sailing contingent, under coach Karl James, comprises Tiger Tyson (Men's Kite), O'zani Lafond (Men's Singlehanded Dinghy), and Shanoy Malone (Men's Regional Singlehanded Dinghy).

Beach volleyball coach Olsen Joseph will oversee Raenor Sharpe and Miguel Pena Lugo, while weightlifting coach Durand Meade will guide Daniel Antonio (Men's 110 kg Clean & Jerk), Ijauni Nathaniel (Men's 79 kg Clean & Jerk), and Kevesha Nedwell (Women's 77 kg Clean & Jerk).

Rounding out the squad, table tennis coach Aleena Edwards will work with Stuti Kashyap (Women's Singles) and Mekhi Simmons (Men's Singles).

ABNOC First Vice President Thomas Greenaway will serve as Chef de Mission, supported by Team Assistant Alisha Francis and Physiotherapist Keston Daley. The ABNOC President and Secretary General are also expected to attend the games.

ABNOC expressed its commitment to supporting the team as they represent Antigua and Barbuda at this historic milestone in regional sport.
