Sir Clarence Leonard Emmanuel Edwards Esq. GCH, KCN — the legendary frontman of Red Hot & Burning Flames — has announced the cancellation of all upcoming scheduled performances following a recent medical emergency that required immediate hospitalisation and treatment.
In a formal statement released by Sir Clarence, physicians have advised that he refrain from all performance-related activities for a minimum of four to six weeks. The recommendation follows a comprehensive medical evaluation conducted in the wake of his hospitalisation.
The cancellations come at a particularly significant time, with the Carnival 2026 season fast approaching. Sir Clarence acknowledged the weight of the decision and expressed regret over the disappointment it may cause fans, promoters, and event partners.
"This decision was not easily made," Sir Clarence stated. "I deeply value every opportunity to perform, especially during the carnival season that is fast approaching, and sincerely regret the disappointment this news may bring."
Despite the setback, Sir Clarence expressed profound gratitude for the outpouring of support and well-wishes he has received during his recovery. He indicated that his focus remains on returning to the stage as soon as medically possible.
"Your encouragement means more than words can express, and it is sincerely appreciated," he added.
