Jumby Bay Island has introduced Coco Beach, a sprawling 22,000-square-foot private beachfront estate now available for exclusive rental on the resort's private island off the coast of Antigua, according to Antigua News Room.
The nine-bedroom property is set on five acres and boasts 200 feet of private beach frontage, a 75-foot infinity pool, panoramic ocean views, and private padel and tennis courts. A wellness facility and a cinema cottage round out the estate's extensive amenities.
Coco Beach can accommodate up to 20 guests and comes fully staffed with private chefs, butlers, and housekeepers. Renters also gain access to the broader Jumby Bay resort offerings, including its restaurants, watersports programmes, and wellness facilities.
The estate is now open for bookings, with weekly rental rates starting at US$32,000, subject to seasonal pricing and availability.
