The Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) has announced the temporary closure of its ABC Centre Head Office following an emergency, leaving customers without access to key services.

According to Antigua News Room, Customer Service and Bill Payment services at the facility are currently unavailable as a result of the incident. The authority's Information Centre is also experiencing significant disruptions, rendering the 211, 311, and 411 telephone services unreachable.

APUA stated that its teams are actively working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and will issue further updates as more information becomes available. The authority apologised to customers for the inconvenience caused by the closure.
