SLBMC Receives £25,000 UK Grant to Boost Diagnostic Equipment

Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre (SLBMC) has been awarded a £25,000 grant — approximately XCD $90,700 — from The Linbury Trust, a UK-based grant-making foundation.

The Medical Centre announced that the funding will primarily go toward the acquisition of a portable ultrasound system, a critical piece of diagnostic equipment that enables medical teams to perform imaging procedures at the bedside and in settings where fixed equipment is unavailable.
