The Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) has announced the resumption of its disconnection cycle for overdue customer accounts, according to Antigua News Room. Customers whose accounts remain unpaid 30 days or more past their due date are now subject to having their service disconnected.

APUA is urging customers to verify their account status by contacting the Customer Service team at 480-7150 or by logging on to the APUA Online Portal, which provides account access and payment services.

The authority acknowledged that some customers may be facing financial hardship. APUA stated it remains committed to working with those experiencing difficulty meeting their payment obligations. Customers in such circumstances are encouraged to contact the Credit Control Department at 480-7002 to discuss available payment arrangements and avoid any interruption of service.
