The Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority (ECCAA) has formally opened an expanded headquarters complex at V.C. Bird International Airport, marking a significant step forward in regional aviation oversight.
According to Antigua Observer, the opening ceremony on Thursday marked the completion of a second building at the airport site, following the authority's initial relocation there in December 2023.
