Antigua and Barbuda has climbed to fourth place among the Caribbean's safest travel destinations, according to Antigua Observer, which reported the findings of the 2026 Honeymoon Always Caribbean Safety Index.
The twin-island nation earned a score of 7.39 out of 10 in the index, which assessed destinations across six categories. As reported by Antigua Observer, Antigua and Barbuda now holds the distinction of being the highest-ranked sovereign member of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) in the survey.
