The Antigua and Barbuda Festivals Commission (ABFC) has declared the recent visit of global streaming sensation IShowSpeed a major success, citing more than 53 million viewer impressions generated across digital platforms. According to Antigua News Room, the visit formed part of a broader Caribbean tour and was positioned as a strategic cultural showcase for the twin-island nation.

The ABFC, working in close partnership with the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority, curated a series of cultural activations and entertainment experiences designed to highlight the country's Carnival traditions, music, sport, cuisine, and natural beauty. Officials say the initiative was deliberately crafted to engage younger, digital-first audiences on a global scale.

Ambassador Elizabeth Makhoul said the project went beyond simple visibility. "This project was about more than visibility; it was about ownership of our narrative. By intentionally blending our culture, music, sports, culinary traditions, and people into a live, unscripted global moment, we demonstrated Antigua and Barbuda's power as a dynamic, experience-driven destination. What was achieved here reflects the strength of collaboration, but more importantly, the leadership and vision required to deliver at a world-class level for a new generation of global consumers."

The ABFC acknowledged a wide range of stakeholders whose contributions supported the initiative, including Royalton Antigua Resort, Luxury Van Global, Eli Fuller, Siboney Beach Club, Stingray City, the Antigua Barbuda Racing Club, Sir Vivian Richards Stadium Management, KFC, Calvin Air Heliport, Myst Carnival, Burning Flames, the Rise Team, DJ Jime, DJ Quest, Hobby Lobby Tours, host Ibis Livest, the Nyabinghi Rastafarians, Boundary Bites, Chef Beard, Young Vice, Dennis's, Gassy Dread, Menace XL, Refica, Island Girls, Hellsgate Steel Orchestra, Cricket West Indies, Chaso Media, the Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda, Flow, INET, and Digicel.

The Commission also paid tribute to the broader community of cultural practitioners, tourism partners, and creatives who contributed to the effort. It reserved special recognition for the people of Antigua and Barbuda themselves, describing them as the initiative's greatest supporting cast.
