Kamar Thomas and Anika James claimed top honours in the men's and women's 10K categories respectively at the Hurricane Power Athletic Club's Cool & Smooth/Joma Caribbean sponsored 2K, 5K and 10K Run/Walk held on Sunday, according to Antigua Observer.

Thomas, who also holds the national champion title, crossed the finish line with a time of 36 minutes and 12 seconds, edging out his competitors to claim the men's 10K crown.

James similarly dominated the women's 10K field, with both athletes delivering commanding performances on the day.

The event, organised by the Hurricane Power Athletic Club, featured multiple race categories including the 2K, 5K and 10K distances, drawing participants across various competitive levels.
