Donte Trimingham delivered a standout performance for Da Project, posting 24 points and 21 rebounds to record a commanding double-double in a 68-53 victory over Navigators in Division 2 of the Antigua and Barbuda Basketball Association (ABBA) on Saturday at the JSC Basketball Complex.
According to Antigua Observer, Trimingham shot 40 percent from the field, converting four of his attempts as Da Project pulled away for the convincing win.
The result was one of two Division 2 victories on the night, with the Ovals Ojays also claiming a triumph thanks to another double-double performance — this one from Joseph — mirroring the kind of dominant individual display that defined the evening's action.
Both performances underscored the growing competitive quality within ABBA's Division 2 competition, as players continue to make their mark on the local basketball scene.
