Employees of the Antigua and Barbuda Social Security Board returned to work on Monday, April 20, following the resolution of a dispute centred on delayed performance appraisals and salary increments.

According to Antigua Observer, the matter was settled during a meeting held earlier that day between the union, the board, and representatives of management.

Samuel James, President of the Antigua and Barbuda Free Trade Union, confirmed that an agreement had been reached, bringing an end to the work stoppage that had disrupted operations at the Social Security Board.
