The Rotary Club of Antigua has announced the 17th edition of its flagship fundraising event, Colours: Welcome to Smurf Village, scheduled for Saturday, 4th July 2026, at the Coolidge Cricket Ground. According to Antigua News Room, the event will run from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM — a new time slot designed to carry patrons from sunset through to starlight.
The updated hours mark one of several changes to this year's edition. The extended evening format creates a more seamless atmosphere while retaining the all-inclusive experience the event is known for.
Colours remains a cornerstone of the Club's annual service work. Proceeds fund a range of community programmes across Antigua and Barbuda, including Meals on Wheels, youth development, education support, and community health outreach. Every ticket purchased contributes directly to these initiatives.
The 2026 theme, Welcome to Smurf Village, centres on the concept of community and collective responsibility. The "village" symbolises unity and shared action, while the Smurf-inspired aesthetic brings a light, creative dimension to a cause-driven event. The theme serves as a reminder that strong communities are built on people showing up for one another.
The event offers a full all-inclusive package, including premium drinks, quality food, and a curated music lineup in an open-air setting. Guests are encouraged to dress in the spirit of the theme — blue, red, and white form the colour palette, with patterns, florals, and playful village-inspired details welcomed. No strict costume requirements apply; personal expression is encouraged.
The Rotary Club acknowledged the continued support of its sponsors, corporate partners, media houses, and community stakeholders, whose involvement has helped Colours grow into one of the island's most consistent and impactful fundraising events over its 17-year history.
Tickets are now available on the TickeTing App.
