Local cyclists will get a firsthand look at the course set to host next month's OECS Cycling Championships when they take to the road this Sunday for a 44-mile Criterium event.

According to Antigua Observer, Antigua and Barbuda Cycling Federation (ABCF) President St. Clair Williams confirmed that riders will complete four laps on the route earmarked for the regional championship, giving competitors an early opportunity to familiarise themselves with the terrain ahead of the high-profile event.

The Sunday meet serves a dual purpose — offering competitive racing while also functioning as a practical preview of the course that will soon be in the international spotlight when the OECS Championships come to Antigua and Barbuda next month.
