Flow Antigua and Barbuda marked Women's Month this March through a community partnership with Scrub Life Cares, a registered nonprofit dedicated to supporting women, girls, and youth across the twin-island nation through health education, advocacy, and access to essential resources. According to Antigua News Room, the initiative extended the spirit of International Women's Day across the entire month of March.
While International Women's Day is officially observed on March 8, Flow chose to broaden its observance under the 2026 IWD theme, "Give to Gain," launching a corporate outreach campaign titled "Give Back, Pay It Forward."
Throughout the month, Flow employees were invited to donate essential self-care and feminine hygiene items for women and girls in the community. Donation bins were placed at all three Flow locations across Antigua and Barbuda, making participation convenient and encouraging a culture of giving among staff.
Flow Antigua and Barbuda matched all staff donations, effectively doubling the total impact of the drive and reinforcing the company's stated commitment to community upliftment.
"At Flow Antigua and Barbuda, we believe that meaningful change happens when we come together with purpose. By extending our International Women's Day observance throughout Women's Month and matching our staff's contributions, we were able to double the impact of this initiative and support the vital work being done by Scrub Life Cares to uplift women and girls in our communities," said Wayne Hull, Country Manager of Flow Antigua and Barbuda.
Hull formally presented the collected donations to Scrub Life Cares, emphasising the importance of dignity, personal wellness, and empowerment for women and girls. The handover also highlighted the value of collaboration between the corporate sector and community-based organisations.
Flow Antigua and Barbuda expressed sincere thanks to all staff members who participated, turning what began as an internal initiative into a tangible act of community support.
