A soccer academy camp organised by Tamo FC in Barbuda has generated renewed enthusiasm for the sport on the sister isle, according to Antigua Observer.

Fitzroy Warner, Chairman of the Sport Committee within the Barbuda Council, hailed the initiative — sponsored by 'Nyah' Roberts — as a success. Warner indicated that the camp is now poised to become a more permanent fixture, following strong requests from participants and the wider community.

As reported by Antigua Observer, the positive reception of the camp has encouraged organisers and local sporting officials to consider expanding the programme going forward.
