The Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority is urging restaurants and food vendors to register for two of the destination's signature culinary programmes before their respective deadlines. According to Antigua News Room, the deadline to register for the Eat Like A Local programme is March 18, while the deadline for Restaurant Week registration falls on March 31.

Both initiatives form a cornerstone of Antigua and Barbuda's annual culinary calendar, celebrating the rich flavours, creativity, and cultural diversity of the local food scene across both islands.

Participating restaurants will have the opportunity to present specially curated prix fixe menus during Restaurant Week. Meanwhile, food vendors and smaller eateries can use the Eat Like A Local programme to spotlight authentic Antiguan and Barbudan dishes and culinary traditions.

Businesses that submit their registration forms and menus ahead of the deadlines stand to benefit from extended promotional exposure through the Tourism Authority's marketing channels, including digital platforms, media promotions, and visitor guides.

Restaurant owners and operators are encouraged to finalise their participation and submit all required materials before the March 18 and March 31 deadlines to secure inclusion in the official promotional campaign.

For more information or to register, interested participants should contact the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority directly.
