Young Antiguan sprinter Jaeda Pigott has earned a place at the CARIFTA Games after meeting the qualifying standard in the Under-17 Girls' 800 metres at the CARIFTA Trials.
According to Antigua News Room, the Antigua and Barbuda Athletic Association (ABAA) confirmed Pigott's qualification, noting that the achievement came despite the athlete competing in heavy conditions during the trials.
