ST. JOHN'S, Antigua — The village of Urlings transformed into a vibrant celebration of local talent as dozens of performers took the stage at CountryFest, competing for top honours and cash prizes in the Groovy and Jumpy categories.

According to Antigua News Room, emerging artiste Raiine claimed the coveted Groovy title, taking home the $1,500 top prize. Dan Fergus earned the first runner-up position and the accompanying $1,000 prize, while Peetron secured the second runner-up spot in what proved to be a highly competitive field of contestants.

The festival drew competitors from across the region, with the village of Urlings serving as the backdrop for what has become a celebrated showcase of local musical and performance talent in the Groovy and Jumpy categories.
