The Cabinet of Antigua and Barbuda has extended congratulations to the national Under-20 football team following their successful qualification for the upcoming CONCACAF Under-20 Championship. According to Antigua News Room, the young Benna Boys secured their place in the regional tournament with a dramatic 1-0 victory over the Dominican Republic during qualifying competition.

Director General of Communications Maurice Merchant conveyed the Cabinet's commendation of the team's achievement, recognising the significance of the result for Antiguan football.

The qualification marks a notable milestone for the Under-20 squad, whose narrow but decisive win against the Dominican Republic earned the twin-island nation a berth in the prestigious CONCACAF tournament.
