Governor General Sir Rodney Williams has issued a Writ of By-Election for the St. Philip's North constituency, following the resignation of the Hon. Sir Robin Yearwood on February 18, 2026. The by-election is scheduled for March 16, 2026, with the writ to be returned on March 17, 2026. The nomination of candidates took place on February 25, 2026 at Willikies Primary School.

Two candidates have been formally nominated to contest the St. Philip's North by-election. Randy St. Clair Baltimore, a Customs Officer from Willikies Village, is standing for the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP). Alex Howard Browne, a Hotelier from Piccadilly, is standing for the United Progressive Party (UPP). Both nominations were confirmed on February 25, 2026.

Jean-Marie Gumbs of Yorks New Extension, St. John's, Antigua has declared under sworn deposition that her life insurance policy (No. A100100799), originally issued by British American Insurance Company and later assumed by Sagicor Life (Eastern Caribbean) Inc., has been lost. Notice is given that a duplicate policy will be issued unless an objection is raised within one month of the notice date of January 20, 2026.
