Statutory Instruments: Citizenship by Investment Commencement Order and Non-Citizens Land Holding Regulation

Two statutory instruments are circulated with this gazette edition. The first (No. 45 of 2026) sets the commencement date for the Eastern Caribbean Citizenship by Investment Regulatory Authority Agreement Act, 2025. The second (No. 63 of 2026) issues a Non-Citizens Land Holding Regulation order specifically relating to an entity or individual named 'Saer Zaitoun'.

Voter Registration Claims and Objections — All Constituencies (June 2026 Registration Period)

Ref: Representation of the People Act, Cap. 379 — Regulation 15

The Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission has published lists of persons who applied to be registered as electors during June 1–30, 2026, across all 17 constituencies of Antigua and Barbuda. These lists are posted at designated public locations in each constituency and at the Electoral Commission's offices on Queen Elizabeth Highway. Members of the public may file claims or objections with the relevant Registration Officer between July 6 and July 31, 2026, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Hearings allow interested parties to appear in person, through a representative, or by counsel, and written representations may also be submitted.
