FSRC Notice: 19 International Business Corporations Struck Off the Register

The Financial Services Regulatory Commission (FSRC) formally notified the public that 19 International Business Corporations have been struck from the Register of International Business Corporations pursuant to Section 335(4) of the International Business Corporations Act, Cap. 222. The companies were struck off between May 4 and June 1, 2026, for failure to submit outstanding regulatory requirements. The affected companies include entities managed by Corporate & Trust Services (Caribbean) Limited, Nautical Management Services Limited, AIT Management Services (2001) Limited, Eliega Corporate Services Ltd., CC (Antigua) Ltd., and Corporate Services Limited.

FSRC Notice: Intention to Strike Off 67 International Business Corporations

Ref: Section 335(2)(b), IBC Act Cap. 222

The FSRC issued formal notice of its intention to strike 67 International Business Corporations from the Register if they failed to submit outstanding requirements under the International Business Corporations (Fees and Minimum Capitalization Requirements) Regulations, 1998 by 4:00 p.m. on June 1, 2026. The companies were formally notified on March 2, 2026. The list includes numerous shipping and navigation companies, investment holding entities, and other IBCs managed by providers such as CMT Corporate Services Limited, Nautical Management Services Limited, Corporate Services Limited, Eliega Corporate Services Limited, CC (Antigua) Ltd., AIT Management Services, and Ward Associates (Antigua) Limited.

Central Board of Health: Unclaimed Body of Ms. Silvie Martin

The Central Board of Health's Office of the Chief Health Inspector is seeking family members of Ms. Silvie Martin of Grays Farm Village, who passed away on April 4, 2026. Her body is currently being held at Barnes Funeral Home on American Road. Family members are urged to contact Ms. Jessica Barnes, Managing Director of Barnes Funeral Home Limited, within 14 days to arrange a private burial, or the government will proceed to inter the body in a public cemetery without further notice.
