Two lost life insurance policy notices have been published by Sagicor Life (Eastern Caribbean) Inc. The first concerns Policy No. 0124175, originally issued on the life of the late Lucinda Lewis, with beneficiaries Sean Antonio and Christopher Harris applying for a duplicate. The second concerns Policy No. 078110754, held by Carol Williams of Villa, St. John's, who has applied for a duplicate of their own policy. Members of the public have one month from the publication date to raise any objection before duplicates are issued.

Over 20 trademark assignment applications were filed in December 2024, transferring well-known consumer health and personal care brand trademarks from Johnson and Johnson to Kenvue Inc. Brands affected include TYLENOL, LISTERINE, LISTERINE ULTRACLEAN, BAND-AID, AVEENO, AVEENO ACTIVE NATURALS, AVEENO POSITIVELY AGELESS, CLEAN & CLEAR, CLEAN & CLEAR TUBO SOB CONTROLE, DESITIN, CHOOSE GENTLE, BENGUE'S BALSAM, ACCUMEASURE, LUBRIDERM, HELIOPLEX, ULTRACLEAN, SUDAFED, NO MORE TEARS, and JOHNSON'S BIO. These transfers reflect Johnson & Johnson's corporate spin-off of its consumer health division into Kenvue Inc.

Multiple trademark assignment applications were filed on 25th April 2024, transferring approximately 10 coffee-related trademarks from Seattle's Best Coffee LLC to Société des Produits Nestlé S.A. (Nestlé). The trademarks involved include SEATTLE'S BEST COFFEE, SEATTLE'S BEST BLEND, JAVANILLA, JAVAKULA, AUTUMN RESERVE, HENRY'S BLEND, POST ALLEY BLEND, and 6TH AVENUE BISTRO, along with several unnamed/logo marks. This reflects Nestlé's acquisition of the Seattle's Best Coffee brand portfolio.

Six trademark merger applications were filed on 20th June 2024, recording the merger of L'Oreal USA Creative, Inc. with and into L'Oreal USA S/D, Inc. The trademarks affected are MIZANI, DARK & LOVELY, WAVE NOUVEAU, OPTI, OPTIMUM, CARE FREE CURL, and SOFT SHEEN CARSON, all registered on 31st December 2023. This reflects an internal corporate consolidation within the L'Oreal USA group.

Two trademark assignment applications were filed in early 2025, transferring the pharmaceutical trademarks NORVASC and CARDURA from Pfizer Limited to Upjohn UK Limited. NORVASC (a blood pressure medication) was filed on 4th February 2025, and CARDURA (used for hypertension and prostate conditions) on 13th February 2025, both originally registered on 15th May 2020. This reflects the separation of Pfizer's off-patent established medicines business into Upjohn.

Two trademark assignment applications were filed on 8th March 2024, transferring pharmaceutical trademarks from Novartis AG to SANDOZ AG. One of the trademarks is named ZINACEF (an antibiotic), registered on 30th September 2023. This reflects the spin-off of Novartis's generics and biosimilars division, Sandoz, into an independent company.

An assignment application was filed on 25th April 2024, transferring the trademark KEPPRA (an anti-epileptic drug) from GlaxoSmithKline Trading Services Limited to GlaxoSmithKline Intellectual Property Development Limited. The trademark was registered on 10th October 2023. This represents an internal intellectual property reorganisation within the GlaxoSmithKline corporate group.

A trademark assignment application was filed on 20th March 2025, transferring the trademark ROACCUTANE (an acne treatment) from F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG to Cheplapharm Schweiz GmbH. The trademark was registered on 19th March 2024. This reflects the sale of certain established pharmaceutical brands by Roche to the specialty pharmaceutical company Cheplapharm.

Two trademark assignment applications were filed on 7th June 2019 relating to Sherwin-Williams corporate restructuring. The first transferred a trademark registered on 12th September 2018 from The Sherwin-Williams Company to The Sherwin-Williams Headquarters Company, and the second transferred the same trademark from The Sherwin-Williams Headquarters Company to SWIMC LLC. These sequential transfers reflect the reorganisation of Sherwin-Williams' intellectual property holdings.

Two trademark assignment applications were filed on 18th July 2019, both transferring KAHLUA-related trademarks registered on 15th June 2018 from KAHLUA AG to THE ABSOLUT COMPANY AKTIEBOLAG. This reflects the consolidation of the Kahlúa liqueur brand under The Absolut Company, a subsidiary of Pernod Ricard.

Two trademark assignment applications were filed on 16th February 2022, transferring the trademarks CIF and IMPULSE AUDACE from Unilever PLC to Unilever Global IP Limited. Both trademarks were registered on 1st December 2020. This represents an internal intellectual property reorganisation within the Unilever corporate group.

Several additional trademark assignments and mergers were recorded across different dates and companies. These include: AMBEV S.A. (merger of Companhia De Bebidas Das Americas into AMBEV S.A., filed 1 March 2017); AUTOMOTIVE ART (Art Holdings Inc. to Automotive Art International Inc., filed 17 December 2021); BIZYBOO (Vango Global Limited to Vango LLC, filed 6 October 2023); OVALTINE (Associated British Foods Plc to R. Twining and Company Limited, filed 16 February 2024); PIPER-HEIDSIECK (Charles Heidsieck SAS to Compagnie Champenoise PH-CH, filed 1 February 2024); SETAI (Trizon Holdings Limited to Falm Investments S.a.r.l, filed 17 May 2024); NAF NAF (two-step transfer from Naf Naf to New Naf Naf, then to Fashion Trademarks Holding S.L.); SOLARIS (Grandvision merged with GrandVision France S.A.S., filed 11 April 2025); XALATAN (Pfizer Health AB to Pfizer PFE US Holdings 4 LLC); DIAL (merged into Henkel Consumer Goods Inc., then assigned to Henkel Corporation); GB Foods (GB Foods S.A. to The GB Foods Europa SL); and a Roc International trademark assigned to RoC Opco LLC.
