The Group reported a Consolidated Net Profit of $46.6 million for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2024, and for the first time approved a cash dividend of $12 million ($1.20 per share), the highest in the Group's history. She has applied to the Directors for a duplicate policy to be issued. Notice is given that unless an objection is raised within one month of the notice date of October 20, 2025, the duplicate policy will be issued.
