The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank has formally designated four entities as Credit Information Providers in Antigua and Barbuda, effective January 1, 2026, under Section 27(3) of the Credit Reporting Act, No. 26 of 2017. The Antigua and Barbuda Financial Services Regulatory Commission has issued formal notice of its intention to strike 31 International Business Corporations (IBCs) from the Register of International Business Corporations under Section 335(2)(b) of the International Business Corporations Act, Cap. 222. These companies have failed to submit outstanding requirements under the IBC (Fees and Minimum Capitalization Requirements) Regulations, 1998, and must comply by 4:00 p.m. on April 2, 2026, or face deregistration. The affected IBCs span a range of industries including shipping, storage, and financial services, and are managed by corporate service providers including CMT Corporate Services Limited, AIT Management Services (2001) Limited, Eliega Corporate Services Limited, and Nautical Management Services Limited.

The Financial Services Regulatory Commission has issued formal notice of its intention to strike David James Capital LLC (ILLC No. 006) from the Register of International Limited Liability Companies under Section 64(2) of the International Limited Liability Companies Act. The company has failed to pay its outstanding annual registration fee and must do so by 4:00 p.m. on July 1, 2026, to avoid deregistration. The company's corporate service provider is Stacy Richards trading as Richards & Company.

Shiraz Hixon of Hodges Bay, St. John's, Antigua has made a sworn deposition that his Sagicor Life (Eastern Caribbean) Inc. life insurance policy (No. J781015455) has been lost. He has applied for a duplicate policy. Unless a formal objection is raised within one month, the duplicate will be issued.

Shemikah Burton of the Bronx, New York, USA, as beneficiary of the late Veneta Burton, has made a sworn deposition that the Sagicor Life (Eastern Caribbean) Inc. policy (No. J781011672) on the life of the deceased has been lost. She has applied for a duplicate policy to be issued. Unless a formal objection is raised within one month, the duplicate will be issued.
