P.A.R. (Antigua) Ltd, currently in voluntary liquidation, has announced a General Meeting to be held on May 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of Ward Associates (Antigua) Limited on Old Parham Road, St. John's. The meeting will receive and approve the audited accounts of the winding-up process. Laverne Joyce has been appointed as Liquidator.

Saffer Limited (Company No. C92/10), registered at Hodges Bay, St. John's, passed resolutions on January 12, 2026 to voluntarily wind up the company. Kivinee M. J. Knight-Edwards of May Knight Law Inc. has been appointed as liquidator. The notice was published under the Companies Act of Antigua and Barbuda 1995 (No. 18 of 1995).

IL Nido Ltd has given notice of its intent to dissolve pursuant to Section 295 and Section 327 of the International Business Corporation Act Cap 222 of the Revised Laws of Antigua and Barbuda. A Certificate of Intent to Dissolve was dated April 14, 2026. Fitzgerald Management & Trust Services Inc. is named as the registered agent.

Two policyholders — Rebekah Warner of All Saints Village and Joan Underwood of Herberts Estate — have each reported losing their Sagicor Life insurance policies and have applied for duplicate copies. Unless objections are raised within one month of the notice date, duplicate policies will be issued. One of the policies was originally issued by Life of Barbados Limited and later assumed by Sagicor.

BYD Company Limited of Shenzhen, China has filed six trademark applications in Antigua and Barbuda covering vehicle model names: BYD YUAN PLUS, BYD ATTO 3 UP, BYD SONG PLUS, BYD SEALION, BYD BLADE, and BYD YUAN PRO. All applications fall under Class 12 (automobiles and motor vehicles including electric and autonomous cars), with one additional application under Class 37 (vehicle maintenance and repair services). Each application carries a priority claim from China, and BYD states it has not yet used the marks in Antigua and Barbuda. Any opposition must be filed within three months.

GAC Aion New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd of Guangzhou, China has applied to register a trademark across five classes (7, 9, 12, 35, and 37), covering a broad range of automotive products, electronics, navigation systems, vehicle maintenance services, and retail services. The applicant states the mark has not previously been used. Any opposition must be filed within three months of the notice.

Fox Media LLC of Los Angeles, California, USA has applied to register the trademark 'AMERICA'S WEATHER TEAM' in Antigua and Barbuda under Class 38, which covers television broadcasting, internet streaming, and telecommunication services including weather and news alert notifications. The applicant states the mark has not been used in Antigua and Barbuda prior to the application. Objections may be filed within three months.

The Vanilla Orchid of St. John's, Antigua has filed two trademark applications for marks incorporating orchid flower and vanilla bean imagery, covering multiple classes including baked goods and confectionery, café services, clothing, kitchen utensils, paper products, and retail bakery services. The applicant claims use of the marks since July 16, 2019. Objections may be filed within three months.

Several local and regional businesses have filed trademark applications in Antigua and Barbuda. These include: Interex Trading S.A. (Panama) for the mark 'MARBLE' in tobacco products (Class 34); Good Eatery Investments Ltd. for 'STREET BLENDS' in food and drink services (Class 43); New World Hotel Management Limited (Hong Kong) for 'ASAYA' in health spa and wellness services (Class 44); Scoops Unlimited Limited (Jamaica) for an ice cream brand across multiple classes; Galtigua Designs for an Antigua and Barbuda-themed fashion and accessories mark; Antigua Printing & Publishing Limited for a mark used since 1970 across print, advertising, and education classes; Kerrilyn James for a beauty and skincare mark (Class 3); and PPG Industries Ohio, Inc. for 'VISUALIZID' covering a paint-matching software system (Class 9). All applications are open to opposition within three months.

ENI S.p.A of Rome, Italy has applied to register a trademark (in black and yellow, Pantone Black and Pantone 109) in Antigua and Barbuda covering Classes 1 and 4, which include methane, industrial oils and greases, lubricants, fuels, and related products. The applicant states the mark has not previously been used in Antigua and Barbuda. Any opposition must be filed within three months.
