Two new Acts were enacted: the Special Economic Zone (Amendment) Act, 2026 (No. 1 of 2026) and the Antigua and Barbuda Festivals Commission Act, 2026 (No. 2 of 2026). Two statutory instruments were also issued: the Merchant Shipping (Designated Authority) Regulations, 2026 (No. 35 of 2026) and the Prevention of Terrorism (Security Council Resolution) (Amendment) (No. 19) Order, 2026 (No. 36 of 2026). These instruments form part of this gazette edition.

The Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission has notified the public that lists of persons who applied to be registered as electors during March 1–31, 2026 have been posted at designated locations across all 17 constituencies. Members of the public may file claims or objections to these electoral rolls with the relevant Registration Officer between April 13, 2026 and May 7, 2026 (between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.). The notice covers all constituencies including St. John's City West/East/South, St. John's Rural West/South/East/North, St. Mary's North/South, All Saints East & St. Luke, All Saints West, St. George, St. Peter, St. Philip North/South, St. Paul, and Barbuda.

The Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission has issued formal Notices of Election for all 17 constituencies, announcing that elections will be held to choose Members of Parliament for the House of Representatives. Nomination papers were accepted on April 13, 2026 at designated schools and public buildings in each constituency. If any election is contested, polling will take place on April 30, 2026.

The Architects' Association has published the official list of 25 licensed architects in Antigua and Barbuda for the year 2026. The list includes each architect's name, address, contact information, email, and official license number. License numbers range from 001 to 041, with some numbers not represented in the published list.

Sagicor Life (Eastern Caribbean) Inc. has published notices for three lost insurance policies. The policyholders are Cemone Williams (Policy No. 078110532), Melissa Ferrance as Administrator of the Estate of Wesley Ferrance (Policy No. 078105595), and Avile Charles (Policy No. S00116676, originally issued by Barbados Mutual Life Assurance Society). Unless objections are raised within one month of the respective notice dates, duplicate policies will be issued to the applicants.
