The Trademarks Office has issued corrections to several trademark renewal notices that were previously published in error in earlier gazette editions. The affected trademarks include TAMPAX (No. 2849, published in error in the November 7, 2024 gazette), a New World Hotel Management mark (No. 8084, published in error in the July 31, 2025 gazette), and WELLCOME (No. 2511, published in error in the May 2, 2013 gazette). Corrected details for each renewal are provided alongside the correction notices.

Tambrands Inc., a US-based company located in Cincinnati, Ohio, has applied for renewal of the TAMPAX trademark (No. 2849, Class 5) for two consecutive 10-year periods: 2014–2024 and 2024–2034. The applications were filed through agents Sanhall Trademarks Ltd. and Richards & Company respectively. Class 5 covers pharmaceutical and sanitary goods.

Glaxo Group Limited of the United Kingdom has applied for renewal of the WELLCOME trademark (No. 2511, Class 5) for two consecutive 10-year periods: 2010–2020 and 2020–2030. Both applications were filed through agent Roberts & Co. These renewals were originally published in error and are being corrected in this gazette edition.

Sony Group Corporation of Tokyo, Japan has applied for renewal of two SONY trademarks (Nos. 925 and 3003, both in Class 9) for 10-year periods covering 2016–2026 and 2016–2026 respectively. Both applications were filed through agent Roberts & Co. Class 9 covers electronics and technological devices.

Virgin Enterprises Limited of London, United Kingdom has applied for renewal of the VIRGIN trademark (No. 2456, Classes 41 and 44) for a 10-year period from March 23, 2025 to March 23, 2035. The application was filed through agent Sanhall Trademarks Ltd. Classes 41 and 44 relate to education/entertainment and medical/beauty services respectively.

Seiko Group Kabushiki Kaisha, trading as Seiko Group Corporation of Tokyo, Japan, has applied for renewal of the SEIKO trademark (No. 2293, Class 14) for a 10-year period from February 20, 2018 to February 20, 2028. The application was filed through agent E. Patricia Simon-Forde. Class 14 covers watches and jewelry.

Glaxo Group Limited of the United Kingdom has applied for renewal of the ZOVIRAX trademark (No. 1238, Class 5) for a 10-year period from July 19, 2018 to July 19, 2028. The application was filed through agent Roberts & Co. ZOVIRAX is an antiviral pharmaceutical product.

General Motors LLC of Detroit, Michigan, USA has applied for renewal of two trademarks (Nos. 5195 and 5199) for 10-year periods from October 16, 2021 to October 16, 2031. Trademark No. 5195 covers classes 7, 9, 11, 12, and 17 (automotive and related goods), while No. 5199 covers Class 1 (chemicals). Both applications were filed through agent Roberts & Co.

Automotive Art International Inc. of Barbados has applied for renewal of trademark No. 2318 (Classes 2 and 35) for two consecutive 10-year periods: 2011–2021 and 2021–2031. Both applications were filed through agent Roberts & Co. Classes 2 and 35 cover paints and business services respectively.

Federal Express Corporation of Memphis, Tennessee, USA has applied for renewal of trademark No. 3078 (Class 16) for two consecutive 10-year periods: 2003–2013 and 2013–2023. Both applications were filed through agent Roberts & Co. Class 16 covers paper goods and printed materials.

AstraZeneca AB of Sweden has applied for renewal of a pharmaceutical trademark (No. 7224, Class 5) for a 10-year period from June 10, 2019 to June 10, 2029, filed through Roberts & Co. Additionally, A.A. Laquis Limited of Trinidad has applied for renewal of trademark No. 7010 (Class 5) from November 20, 2017 to November 20, 2027, filed through Richards & Company.

Several consumer goods companies have applied for trademark renewals: Mars Incorporated (GALAXY, No. 2033, Class 30, 2017–2027), FASHION TRADEMARKS HOLDING SL (NAF NAF, No. 2989, Class 25, 2016–2026), Grace Foods Limited (Grace Jus Soy, No. 6569, Class 29, 2017–2027), and AMBEV S.A. of Brazil (No. 6723, Class 32, 2017–2027). Agents include Lockhart Mendes & Co. and Roberts & Co.

Arthur Guinness Son & Co. (Dublin) Limited of Ireland has applied for renewal of a Guinness trademark (No. 225, Class 33) for the period November 13, 2009 to November 13, 2019, filed through Roberts & Co. C&J Clark International Limited of the United Kingdom (Clarks footwear) has applied for renewal of trademark No. 1150 (Class 25) for the period June 12, 2017 to June 12, 2027, filed through Simon-Forde.
