This supplementary edition of the Antigua and Barbuda Official Gazette (Vol. XLVI, No. 14, dated February 26, 2026) is dedicated entirely to Intellectual Property and Commerce notices, specifically trademark renewals. The edition includes corrections to previously published trademark renewal notices that contained errors, as well as a large number of standard trademark renewal applications filed through various local agents on behalf of major international corporations. All notices are issued through the Trademarks Office and signed by Registrar Ms. Ricki Camacho.

Correction of Previously Published Trademark Renewal Notices

Three trademark renewals were previously published in error in past Gazette editions and are now corrected. These relate to: TAMPAX (No. 2849) published in error on 7 November 2024; a New World Hotel Management mark (No. 8084) published in error on 31 July 2025; and WELLCOME by Glaxo Group (No. 2511) published in error on 2 May 2013. Readers are directed to the corrected information provided in this edition.

Trademark Renewals – Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Products (Class 5)

Several pharmaceutical and healthcare-related trademarks have been renewed for 10-year periods. These include TAMPAX (No. 2849) by Tambrands Inc./Procter & Gamble for 2024–2034, WELLCOME (No. 2511) by Glaxo Group Limited for 2010–2020 and 2020–2030, ZOVIRAX (No. 1238) by Glaxo Group Limited for 2018–2028, an AstraZeneca mark (No. 7224) for 2019–2029, and an A.A. Laquis Limited mark (No. 7010) for 2017–2027. These renewals maintain registered trademark protection in Antigua and Barbuda for well-known pharmaceutical brands.

These include GALAXY chocolate (No. 2033, Class 30) by Mars Incorporated until 2027, a Guinness mark (No. 225, Class 33) by Arthur Guinness Son & Co. until 2019, an AMBEV S.A. beverage mark (No. 6723, Class 32) until 2027, and Grace Jus Soy (No. 6569, Class 29) by Grace Foods Limited until 2027. These renewals maintain brand protection for internationally recognized food and drink products.

FedEx (No. 3078, Class 16) by Federal Express Corporation has been renewed in two consecutive periods covering 2003–2013 and 2013–2023. VIRGIN (No. 2456, Classes 41 and 44) by Virgin Enterprises Limited has been renewed until 2035. Automotive Art International Inc. (No. 2318, Classes 2 and 35) has renewed for two consecutive periods through to 2031, and the New World Hotel Management mark (No. 8084, Class 43) has been renewed until 2033.
