Prevention of Terrorism (Specified Entities Account and Property Freezing) Order, 2026

Statutory Instrument No. 29 of 2026 establishes a new order under the Prevention of Terrorism Act that provides for the freezing of accounts and property belonging to specified entities designated as terrorism-related.
