The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has launched its 2026 School Uniform Grant Programme, providing financial assistance to eligible families to help cover the cost of school uniforms for the upcoming academic year.

Applications will be accepted from July 13 through August 28, 2026, at the Multipurpose Centre in Antigua.

The initiative is designed to ensure students begin the new school year properly equipped while easing the financial burden on households. "Every child deserves the opportunity to begin the school year with confidence, and this initiative reflects our continued commitment to supporting families while investing in the education and future of our nation's children," the Ministry said.

Eligible applicants are urged to submit their applications before the August 28 deadline. The programme provides direct assistance with school uniform expenses, with the aim of setting students up for a successful academic year.
