Thirty-two police officers and soldiers representing seven Caribbean countries have graduated from a two-week Regional Security System (RSS) public order training and instructors' course held at the Crabbs training facility in Antigua.
According to Antigua Observer, the graduation ceremony took place on the compound of the Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force (ABDF), marking the successful completion of the intensive regional training programme.
Instructors and senior officers attended the ceremony, underscoring the significance of the course to regional security cooperation across the Caribbean.
