Corporal Jermaine Samuel, a 24-year veteran of the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda and celebrated calypsonian known by the sobriquet "King Singing Sudden," has successfully completed his legal studies, earning a Legal Education Certificate (LEC) from the Eugene Dupuch Law School, Council of Legal Education, in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

According to Antigua News Room, Samuel has built a distinguished career in law enforcement marked by professionalism and a deep commitment to his duties. Currently attached to the Criminal Investigation Department, he has accumulated extensive experience in prosecution over the course of his nearly quarter-century of service.

The LEC represents the latest achievement in an already impressive academic journey. Prior to enrolling at the Eugene Dupuch Law School, Samuel earned a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Wales and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the University of Wolverhampton. He is also a Member of the Middle Temple of Law in the United Kingdom.

Samuel is now classified as an Attorney in Waiting, pending his call to the Bar. Those familiar with his career anticipate that he will go on to make meaningful contributions to the courts and the broader justice system of Antigua and Barbuda.
