Brandon Browne, Acting Clinical Director of the Antigua and Barbuda Emergency Medical Services (ABEMS), has earned a Master's Degree in Acute Medicine from the University of South Wales in the United Kingdom.

According to Antigua News Room, the postgraduate qualification marks a significant academic milestone for Browne, whose role centres on providing clinical leadership within the nation's emergency medical services.

ABEMS stated that the advanced training will further strengthen the organisation's clinical capacity and enhance the delivery of emergency medical care across Antigua and Barbuda.

The agency noted that Browne's achievement reflects his dedication to professional development and the advancement of emergency medicine, adding that the knowledge and expertise gained through the programme will benefit both the organisation and the patients it serves.

ABEMS said it looks forward to Browne continuing to help raise the standard of emergency medical services in Antigua and Barbuda through his expanded expertise and clinical leadership.
