Negotiations between Antigua and Barbuda and the United States Government over the resettlement of third-country nationals (TCNs) have resumed after Antigua and Barbuda submitted counter-proposals to Washington, Cabinet has confirmed.
According to Antigua Observer, Director General for Communications in the Prime Minister's Office, Maurice Merchant, disclosed the development to reporters at this week's post-Cabinet briefing, indicating that constructive dialogue between the two parties has been rekindled following the submission.
