A man charged with dangerous driving in connection with the death of national cyclist Andre Simon is set to enter a plea later this month.
According to Antigua Observer, Kenyatta Benjamin of Hatton appeared before Justice Ann Marie Smith and was directed to return to court on June 30th to formally enter his plea.
Simon, a nationally recognized cyclist, lost his life following the accident that led to the charges against Benjamin.
