The Hopeful Hearts Foundation has announced the launch of its Summer Impact Series 2026, a four-week community service programme aimed at empowering young people across Antigua and Barbuda. According to Antigua.news, the initiative invites youth between the ages of 11 and 18 to participate in four consecutive weekends of structured volunteer and leadership activities beginning Saturday, July 25, 2026.

Founded by youth advocate and National Youth Ambassador Kristine Louisa, the Hopeful Hearts Foundation has built its mission around inspiring young people to become active changemakers while addressing the needs of vulnerable communities throughout the nation.

Participants will engage in a range of community-focused projects, including environmental initiatives, educational support programmes, charitable drives, and volunteer service activities. The programme is designed to help young people develop leadership skills, forge lasting connections, and contribute meaningfully to causes that drive positive change across the country.

"The Summer Impact Series is about showing young people that they have the power to make a difference right now," said Kristine Louisa, Founder and CEO of the Hopeful Hearts Foundation. "We want to create opportunities for youth to serve their communities, develop their leadership abilities, and understand the importance of giving back while building a generation of compassionate leaders."

The Summer Impact Series forms part of the Foundation's broader commitment to youth empowerment and community development. Since its establishment, the organisation has reached more than 1,000 individuals through educational programmes, charitable initiatives, school outreach activities, and community service projects.

Interested youth between the ages of 11 and 18 are encouraged to register early, as spaces are limited. Participants are expected to commit to all four weekends of activities.
