St. Mary South Member of Parliament E.P. Chet Greene has announced a series of town hall meetings designed to engage constituents and gather community feedback on pressing local issues.

According to Antigua News Room, the announcement was shared via a social media post by Prime Minister Gaston Browne. Greene described the meetings as central to his commitment to participatory democracy during his new term in office.

The first session is scheduled for June 18, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in Liberta. A second meeting will follow on June 22, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in Cobbs Cross.

Greene urged residents to attend and bring forward their ideas, perspectives, and concerns. He framed the forums as an opportunity for community members to play an active role in shaping solutions to issues affecting their neighbourhoods.

The MP stated that the meetings are intended to promote respectful dialogue, openness, and collaboration, with the ultimate aim of translating discussions into meaningful action for the benefit of constituents and the broader community.
