One year after Trinidadian national Thomas Vasquez vanished in Antigua and Barbuda, his family remains without answers — and his mother continues to search for the truth.

According to Antigua Observer, Vasquez was 21 years old when he was last seen on the morning of April 15th, 2025, at a farm in Glanvilles, Antigua. He had returned to the island just one day before his disappearance.

Despite the passage of a full year, no resolution has been reached in the case, leaving his family in prolonged anguish as they await word on the fate of their loved one.

Vasquez's mother has been vocal in her pursuit of answers, refusing to allow the case to fade from public attention. Her plea highlights the ongoing uncertainty surrounding her son's whereabouts and the circumstances of his disappearance.

The case continues to draw concern from those close to the family, as well as from the broader community, given the young man's age and the troubling lack of closure more than twelve months on.
