A 34-year-old man currently standing trial in the High Court for armed robbery has been arrested and charged in connection with a break-in at a store on lower All Saints Road, according to Antigua Observer.
Tristan Armstrong of Tyrells now faces a fresh set of serious charges arising from the incident. As reported by Antigua Observer, those charges include Breaking and Entering, Larceny, Malicious Damage, Resisting Arrest, and Escaping Lawful Custody.
Armstrong was already before the High Court on an armed robbery matter when the new allegations emerged. The additional charges compound his legal troubles significantly, with the break-in at the All Saints Road business adding to an already serious criminal case.
