Antiguan youth leader Peetron Thomas has been appointed Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Coordinator for the Americas by the Next Generation Global Connect, according to Antigua Observer.

The Next Generation Global Connect is a youth-led initiative focused on empowering young people in leadership roles and addressing global development challenges. Thomas' appointment took effect on June 3rd.
