Police are investigating a rape allegation after a woman reported being sexually assaulted by an acquaintance in the Bolans community, according to Antigua.news.
The 30-year-old complainant visited the Criminal Investigations Department to formally report the alleged assault, which she says occurred at approximately 2 a.m. on June 1 in Bolans.
Investigators have since interviewed the woman and gathered information pertinent to the case. No charges have been announced as inquiries remain ongoing.
