Police are investigating a reported sexual assault involving a 30-year-old woman who alleges she was raped by a man known to her in the Bolans community.
According to Antigua News Room, the woman reported the incident to the Criminal Investigations Department, stating it occurred at approximately 2 a.m. on June 1.
Investigators have since interviewed the complainant and gathered information as part of the ongoing inquiry. No arrests or charges have been announced. Police confirmed that inquiries are continuing.
