All drug charges against a Jamaican businessman were formally withdrawn before Chief Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel on Wednesday, after the Director of Public Prosecutions issued instructions to discontinue the matter, according to Antigua Observer.
Francis Young, of Hodges Bay, was represented by attorney Andrew Okola, with attorney Wendel Alexander appearing in court on Okola's behalf.
A co-accused in the matter was simultaneously represented by attorney Robinson, as the case was brought to a close following the DPP's directive.
