According to Antigua Observer, the confirmation was made by Earl Harris, Assistant Director of Corporate Services at CARICOM IMPACS, during the 29th CARICOM Standing Committee of Security meeting. Harris acknowledged that the anniversary comes at a critical juncture for regional security.
