The Antigua and Barbuda Union of Teachers (A&BUT) is calling on the Ministry of Education to produce evidence backing its claim that all outstanding payments owed to teachers have been settled.
A&BUT President levelled the accusation on Thursday at a union meeting, challenging the Ministry to substantiate its position with documented proof. The Ministry of Education has maintained that all owed payments to teachers have been satisfied, but has so far declined to provide any supporting evidence.
