Senator Joel Anderson Rayne has been officially sworn in as Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Finance, Corporate Governance and Public Private Partnerships at Government House.
The appointment came just days after Rayne was sworn in as a senator on May 8th, marking a swift elevation within the government's ranks.
Governor General Sir Rodney Williams facilitated the swearing-in process and spoke to the significance of the role.
